The technology of precast concrete had developed rapidly in these years. However precast concrete has strictly requirement of earlier strength in order to improve the production efficiency. The traditional methods to improve the early strength are:

    Increase the amount of cementitious materials
    Reduce the water consumption
    Adopt steam curing
    Add high amount of early strength agent

However, the traditional methods will cause to increase the cost or reduce the performance, and also increases the risk of concrete cracking.

According to the above problems, we start from the molecular structure design that affects the adsorption and dispersion of polycarboxylate superplasticizer on cement particles, and introduce functional groups which can promote cement hydration into the molecular structure. And successfully synthesis SJZ-31E which can improve the concrete early strength (especially improve the compressive strength of concrete within the 1st 24 hours).

Product description
SJZ-31E is a high water-reducing and high early-strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer, which can accelerate the development of earlier compressive strength of concrete, and is very suitable for precast, pipe slices, pipe piles and other concrete that need rapid development of earlier strength.
SJZ-31E is chlorine-free and with low total alkali content, meets the Chinese national standard GB 8076-2008 and GB 8077-2012.

Mechanism
SJZ-31E is a new polycarboxylate superplasticizer, its unique molecular structure accelerate the hydration process of cement, and the molecular adsorption on the surface of cement particles quickly, combined with its high dispersion, increase the surface area of the cement particles and water reaction, this effect will make the cement hydration heat appear ahead of time, and the hydration product will speed up the formation, thus speeding up the early strength development.

Compatibility

    Various types of ready-mixed concrete.

Usage
The recommended dosage is 0.2-1.0% of the weight of cementitious materials, the optimum dosage should confirm by testing. And should be appropriately extended mixing time in order to achieve the best result. This product has better adaptability to various types of cement, fly ash, slag powder and other types of grinding powder cementing material of concrete.

Packaging and Storage
    SJZ-31E is available in 230 Kg plastic Drum, 1m3 IBC and Flexi Bag.
    Storage at 0-45℃, to avoid direct sunlight or freezing.
    The shelf-life is normally 12 months. It is tested eligibility and then used when it exceeds.
    If find SJZ-31E is frozen, heat it up to 20℃, make it melt again and stir well to use.

Safety
This product does not contain toxic substances, non-flammable, and no significant corrosion.
Do not contact with the skin for a long time, if contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with water. Swallowing should seek medical treatment.
