Sure CS108 high-performance concrete expansive agent features an expansion rate that aligns with the strength development of concrete. It offers high expansion energy, good stability, reliability, and a low dependence on subsequent water supplementation.

Why Choose Our Shrinkage‑Reducing & Compensating Additive
✅ Synchronized Expansion with concrete strength development-crack prevention for hard‑to‑cure surfaces (walls, slabs)
✅ High Expansion Energy & Stability-no need for extra water curing
✅ Enhanced Durability & Waterproofing-pore structure improved, permeability class≥ P30
✅ Ideal for Mass & High‑Performance Concrete, dam backfill, steel‑tube columns, structural waterproofing
Scope of Application:
1. Suitable for preparing shrinkage-compensating concrete, particularly for crack prevention in hard-to-cure structures like exterior walls and slabs.
2. Applicable for mass concrete and waterproof concrete to control temperature-difference cracks.
3. Ideal for structural self-waterproofing projects, expansive concrete filling works, and cement products.
4. Suited for high-performance concrete, cast-in-pile concrete, steel tube concrete, and dam backfill slot concrete.
Main Technical Properties:
1. High expansion performance with a rapid rate, short stabilization period, and low reliance on later water replenishment.
2. Using this product in shrinkage-compensating concrete yields excellent crack resistance and waterproofing:
- Significantly enhances concrete pore structure and distribution, improving permeability resistance (permeability grade > P30).
- Simplifies construction, enabling continuous construction of ultra-long structures and self-waterproofing of concrete structures.

Usage and Precautions:
1. Concrete trials should be run in the lab to fix the optimal mix proportion when using this product.
2. Recommended dosage is as follows: suitable for concrete strength grades C25 - C40. For grades above C40, increase the expansive agent dosage or take steps to reduce early-age strength.
